From raw cotton in Rajasthan to your boutique rack — our 8-step process
We source cotton, linen and khadi directly from certified mills and weaver cooperatives in Rajasthan & Gujarat — traceability from field to factory.
Our master craftsmen hand-carve teakwood blocks for each new print design — a skill passed through generations in Jaipur's sanganer district.
Fabric is prepared and dyed using AZO-free, low-impact or natural dyes (indigo, madder, henna). Colour-fastness tested before printing begins.
Artisans press carved blocks into dye paste and stamp the fabric one block at a time — each metre by hand. No two pieces are identical.
Where specified, hand embroidery (kantha, mirror work, chikankari) or precision machine embroidery is applied by specialist artisans.
Printed fabric is cut to pattern by our tailors and stitched on industrial machines. EU sizing graded, custom charts accepted.
Every garment passes a 12-point quality check — print alignment, stitch integrity, measurements, colour consistency and finishing.
Garments are pressed, tagged with your labels and packed for export. FOB Jaipur or shipped from our Friedberg, Germany office to EU buyers.
We work exclusively with natural fibres — cotton, linen and khadi — sourced responsibly from certified Indian mills.
60s–80s count cotton. Breathable, pre-washed, GOTS-aligned. The base fabric for all block print and embroidery styles.
100% washed linen, 150–180 GSM. Naturally antibacterial and biodegradable. Premium linen co-ords and tunics.
Hand-spun on traditional charkha by village cooperatives. The most sustainable textile in our range — completely traceable.
